Data deletion

You can delete the data Postaro keeps at any time, including data that came from Instagram and Facebook.

From the Postaro dashboard

1. Log in to Postaro with your account.
2. Open Settings → Profile.
3. Click Delete account and confirm.

This removes your login, connected Instagram accounts (with their access tokens), posts, designs and reference photos, and ends billing. The data is gone from our systems within 30 days.

From Facebook

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
2. Find Postaro and click Remove.
3. Then email contato@postaro.com.br asking for deletion. We delete everything within 30 days and reply to confirm.

No access to the account

Email contato@postaro.com.br with the email address or Instagram @ used on Postaro. We confirm the request is yours and delete the data within 30 days.
