Privacy policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026. Responsible party: Postaro. Main grounds for processing: providing the service you signed up for and your consent to connect Instagram.
What we collect
Name, email, password (stored only as a hash), country, language and time zone, card details processed by the payment provider (we do not store the full card number), the field and story of each Instagram account, captions, hashtags, images you upload and encrypted Instagram tokens.
What is sent to Meta
The public image address, caption, hashtags and the professional account identifier at publishing time. We do not send payment details, your login email or the content of the private area beyond what the post needs.
Where media is stored
Post images are stored on Postaro's server, at a public address Instagram can download when publishing. Reference photos (of your space and your face) are kept in a private area only you can see and are used solely to create designs for your Instagram. You can delete them at any time.
Analytics
Reach figures come from the connected Instagram account or from a demo series. The private dashboard is not indexed by search engines.
Deletion and your rights
You can delete your account under Settings → Profile. Your login, posts, Instagram accounts and billing in this product are gone within 30 days. To access, correct or export your data, or to object to its use, email contato@postaro.com.br from your account email. Logging out does not delete your data — it only ends the cookie.
Cookies and ads
On the website we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure visits and the results of our ads. They only switch on if you click "Accept" on the cookie notice; otherwise we only use what the site needs to work (such as keeping you logged in and remembering your language). We never send your name, email or phone number to these tools. To change your choice, clear the site data in your browser and the notice will appear again.
