Last updated: 17 October 2026. Postaro creates, schedules and publishes posts to the professional Instagram account you connect.

1. Account and trial

Sign-up asks for your email, a password and an account type. The 7-day free trial costs nothing and requires a credit card: to start the trial we place a pre-authorisation for the first month's amount, only to confirm the card is active and has available credit; that amount is not charged and is released straight away. The trial includes 21 AI credits. On day 7 the card is charged the monthly fee of the plan chosen at checkout (Professional or Essential), renewing automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel before day 7 and pay nothing. On paid plans, automatic card renewal is optional and comes with a discount; without it, the cycle is charged once and does not renew on its own.

On paid plans, the page shows the price per month; the card is charged the full amount of the chosen cycle (month, quarter, half-year or year). In Brazil prices are in Brazilian reais; in all other countries, in US dollars. Without an active plan, publishing stops. Posts go out within the scheduled hour (up to about 60 minutes after the chosen time), in your account's time zone.

2. What you authorise on Meta

By connecting Instagram, you authorise Postaro to read the professional profile, create media and publish at the approved time. We do not read Direct messages, reply to comments or boost ads.

3. Content and approval

Nothing goes live without your approval (or that of someone using the same dashboard). You are responsible for the text, the photos and for complying with Instagram's rules and the laws of your country, including the advertising rules of your profession.

4. Payment

We charge the chosen cycle (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly) or the one-off add-on. Post or credit add-ons do not expire at the end of the month. If your bank declines the charge, the plan is not activated.

5. Closing your account

You can log out at any time. Deleting your account removes your login, connected Instagram accounts, posts and billing in this product. Deletion is permanent; the data is gone within 30 days.
